Hotel Plaza Punta Arenas, Punta Arenas

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The room was comfortable and offered a unique view of the bustling Plaza and the neighboring church, though the noise level was a bit bothersome. The service was friendly and helpful, especially at the front desk. The location was excellent for exploring the town, but there were some drawbacks to consider. The dining options were decent but nothing exceptional. Overall, a stay with both highs and lows.

Staying at this hotel was a delightful experience overall. The rooms were spacious enough for four people and had a lovely queen-sized bed with plenty of pillows and covers, plus a huge balcony overlooking the plaza. The bathrooms were great with plenty of hot water, but the street noise due to old windows was a downside.
